We work in two parts of the country tied together by one thing: apartment blocks and housing associations. In Tallinn that is Mustamäe and Haabersti; in Ida-Viru County it is the districts of Kohtla-Järve and the town of Sillamäe. Tallinn
Mustamäe and Haabersti: apartment buildings, housing-association stairwells and streets of private houses on the western side of the city.
Mustamäe — In Mustamäe we mainly help with locks in flats, stairwells and commercial premises.
Kadaka — In the Kadaka area we serve flats, businesses, warehouses and commercial premises.
Sääse — In the Sääse area we focus mainly on locks in flats and apartment buildings.
Väike-Õismäe — In Väike-Õismäe we serve flats, apartment buildings and commercial premises.
Õismäe — In the Õismäe area we serve flats, businesses and shared-use buildings.
Astangu — In Astangu we work with both newer and older residential buildings.
Kakumäe — In Kakumäe we focus on private houses, terraced houses and newer residential buildings.
Pikaliiva — In Pikaliiva we serve private houses, new apartment buildings and smaller residential complexes.
Kohtla-Järve and Sillamäe
The five districts of Kohtla-Järve and the town of Sillamäe. Towns built for the oil-shale industry, where one stairwell often holds a single door type throughout.
Kohtla-Järve — Kohtla-Järve is an unusual town for Estonia: it is not one place but five districts kilometres apart — Järve, Ahtme, Sompa, Oru and Kukruse.
Ahtme — Ahtme is the largest district of Kohtla-Järve and effectively a town in its own right, centred on Ahtme road.
Järve — Järve is the administrative centre of Kohtla-Järve and holds the town's most complete older architecture — a 1940s and 1950s ensemble along the central avenue, behind which the later housing estates begin.
Sompa — Sompa is a small district of Kohtla-Järve that grew up around a former mine and is today a quiet residential area of a couple of dozen streets.
Oru — Oru is the smallest district of Kohtla-Järve — a few streets whose names still refer to the briquette works that once stood here.
Kukruse — Kukruse is a district of Kohtla-Järve on the Jõhvi road that grew up around an old mine and manor.
Sillamäe — The centre of Sillamäe was built in one go and in one style — a 1950s ensemble descending by stairways towards the sea, which is a rarity in Estonia.
